Our Resizing Process
1. Choose your Ring: Browse our collection and select the ring of your dreams.
2. Determine Your Size: If you don’t know your ring size, feel free to consult our Size Guide to find the exact measurement of your finger. If you’re between two sizes, choose the larger one.
3. Place Your Order: When ordering, indicate your desired size in the "Choose your ring size" section on the product page. Note that some rings, depending on their design, cannot be resized. This information will be listed under the “Item Details” section next to "Size" for each ring. Please feel free to email us before your purchase to confirm that resizing is possible. If you order a ring with a resizing request that cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and process a refund.
4. Professional Resizing: Our expert jeweler will carefully and precisely adjust the ring to the specified size while preserving its aesthetics.
5. Fast and Secure Delivery: Once resized, your ring will be shipped quickly, safely, and insured until receipt.

Returns are no longer possible once your ring has been resized. Resizing is considered a personalized service tailored to your needs. Therefore, we cannot accept returns. Rings that have been resized multiple times may experience changes in appearance.
