Shipping

Shipping is free for all purchases. Estimated delivery times:
- France: 3 to 5 business days
- European Union: 3 to 14 business days
- International (outside EU): 5 to 15 business days

General Return Conditions

We accept returns only from customers located in France and the European Union within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returned items must be in their original condition, with all accessories and original packaging intact.
Damaged, used, or incomplete items cannot be accepted.
Rings that have been resized cannot be returned. Please check product details before placing your order.


Return Procedure

You will need to provide the following information: order number, product description, reason for return.
We will guide you through the return process.
Please carefully pack the product with all accessories in its original or suitable packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Return shipping costs are covered by us; we will send you a return label to place on the package.


Refunds and Exchanges

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If the product is approved for a refund, we will refund the full purchase price using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
If you wish to exchange the product for another item, please inform our customer service when requesting the return. Additional fees may apply depending on the new item chosen.

Yes, all our packages are insured for the value of the product during transit. This means you will be fully covered in case of loss or damage.

Please note delivery times may be extended for special requests such as ring resizing.

How can I track my order?

What if there is a delay due to customs processing?
For shipments outside the European Union, packages may be subject to customs inspection, which can cause delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to customs. Any customs fees or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

If your order is held in customs:
